1962 Fender JAGUAR refinished BLUE SPARKLE

1962 Fender Jaguar that has been professionally refinished by Indy String Theory in Indianapolis. Some of the original factory paint left on the underside of the neck plate and tremolo plate indicate that this Jaguar may have originally been one of Fender's rare Blue Sparkle Jaguars. It has a great playing neck with good frets. It's all original with the exception of the body's finish and the face of the headstock, the jack, one ground wire, and the windings on the original pickups as they have been professionally rewound by Lindy Fralin. It is also 100% complete along with its original tremolo arm. A nice later hardshell case is included. A social security number has been etched into the back of the headstock and on one of the control plates. A name has been etched into the pickguard. Other than that, this vintage Jaguar looks great with only cosmetic wear. The guitar itself remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. The two-position tone switch is not working, but all other electronics work and sound great.
