1957 Gibson Les Paul GOLDTOP with original PAF pickups

1957 Gibson Les Paul in its original Goldtop finish. The back of the body shows a bit of figured/flamed mahogany on the lower bass side. It has a good playing neck with some worn, but good frets. It's all original with the exception of the jackplate, a couple of jackplate screws and most of the screws for the tuning keys. There was another set of tuning keys installed at one time that required the tuning peg holes to be slightly wider, but there are no additional screw holes or impressions left on the back of the headstock. The front of the headstock has a very small amount of touch-up around the tuning peg holes. This Goldtop is also 100% complete with the exception of the "treble/rhythm" switch plate. The original brown/pink-lined hardshell case is included. There are a lot of nicks + dings, minor finish checking and other cosmetic wear. The guitar itself remains structurally sound with no cracks, breaks or repairs. All electronics work and sound great while all solder joints remain original and untampered with while providing an authentic late 1950's Les Paul tone with its original set of PAF pickups.
